The job:

Starting as a 180 recruiter:

• Headhunting and reaching out to candidates via direct applications, job boards, LinkedIn, etc, and screening and shortlisting candidates against jobs
• Preparing candidates for interview
• Booking interviews, negotiating salaries, and ensuring successful placements of candidates

Progressing into a 360 recruiter:

• Proactively engaging with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities and understand their requirements and culture, to match candidates.

The ideal candidate:

Must be a confident speaker with excellent communication skills

Required to have a strong work ethic, competitive nature, and be resilient

Should have the desire to make lots of money and be hungry to achieve and exceed targets

• Up to 24k base salary
