Due to our continued success and business growth, we are looking to expand in our London offices and we are looking for recent Graduate and Young Professionals to join our German team as Trainee Consultants!

Opportunity:

After an intensive training program, you will take on the responsibilities of a 360 Recruitment Consultant:

• Identifying and generating new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking andlead generation
• Actively sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Liaising with both clients and candidates throughout the process
• Contract and salary negotiations

Skills & Experience:

• Successfully completed degree from a reputable university
• Sales experience preferable but not essential
• Committed, resilient, assertive and solution orientated individuals with a can-do attitude
• Target and career orientated
• Confident with good communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills
