Most people probably don’t appreciate payroll and its finer detail, but the importance of getting it right is so important for our everyday lives.
As a Payroll Implementation Partner you’ll be an advocate of the above statement and understand the different nuances involved in the payroll process and its far-reaching effects.
In this role you will manage and complete multiple implementation projects. You will be comfortable liaising with clients to set out their requirements and timescales for payroll implementation. You will have experience migrating data from existing payroll providers as well demoing the payroll system and offering advice on best practice.
You’ll need to have a very strong background in a similar position and be an expert in Excel. If you have knowledge and experience of HR and payroll regulatory requirements and compliance that will be advantageous. You will be able to support clients with pay related queries. If you are used to providing analytical interpretation of payroll data then this will also be a massive bonus.
A qualification in a relevant subject would also be very beneficial to support your experience.
Enough about the requirements though – what’s in it for you?
You’ll be on £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. Also 33 days holiday, healthcare and life assurance cover.
