The Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing and prospect client base, taking ownership of a highly successful and established desk with the DNA team. As part of this role, you'll be:
Briefing candidates on their role responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
Budget management; individual and team
Filling roles to ensure that the business is ahead of it's competitors.
Acting as a trusted advisor to talent
Establishing partnership relationships with client companies.
Developing and maintaining business and personal sales targets.

As an established Consultant, you know that the role will be busy and challenging, and this will appeal and recognised to those who are looking for such an opportunity. DNA Recruit are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who has advertising and marketing recruitment experience, with Planning & Strategy as a specialism for at least 3 years. Your portfolio demonstrates your success in building and managing client relationships, whether from scratch or existing relationships. As a consultant with experience of working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent you are by nature commercial and entrepreneurial, and your experience and ability is working on both permanent and freelance briefs would be a plus, but not essential.
Salary: up to £40K DOE (OTE £80K)
The role is 100% remote, with tech set up at home, and an attractive commission scheme paying up to 40%, pension, membership to flexible working space in London, annual company away days and annual sales incentives. You will be required to attend a monthly team meeting held in the London office.
