Due to our continued success and business growth, we are looking to expand in our London offices and we are looking for an experienced Senior / Recruitment Consultant for our German team!

The Role:
This is a high potential role with great career progression:

• Manage end to end recruitment
• Identifying new niche markets and opportunities
• Formulating business delelopment stratagies and winning new clients
• Work closely with existing clients and maintain an excellent level of service
• Proactive sourcing and interviewing of candidates
• Contract and salary negotiations
• Mentoring junior team members

Skills & Experience:

• Min. 1 year experience, preferably within a Digital or Tech market
• Proven track record working in the DACH region
• Ability to manage key stakholders, both internally and externally
• Determined and resilient individual
• Credible with a hands-on mentality
• German language desirable but not essential
