Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 600+ users
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, report configurations, role/profile management and dashboards, object updates. Workflows, data cleansing and other routine tasks
Complete regular internal system/data audits and prepare for upgrades/enhancements etc
Deliver the programme requirements defined by the SFDC team with the evaluation, scope, review/completion of new development requests
Coordinate third party support ticket escalation and reporting
Coordinate internal change with external third party SFDC partner organization activities
