We are delighted to be working in partnership with one of Manchester's finest recruitment agencies who since their formation in 2016 have gone from strength to strength and now find themselves as one of the go to agencies in their sectors. They work across a number of markets, including IT, Engineering, Construction & Data Centres. They work in the UK markets, European markets and also in the US where they have a dedicated team who are really making waves with some huge fees and amazing international clients. Working within the US markets may be perfect for those consultants who prefer a lie in and don't mind working later into the evening due to the time difference.
Micro Management is non-existent here, what you do have is a clear structure from director to trainee and clear progression plans based on billings and competences. There is a fantastic L&D program for consultants at all levels along with constant manager training. For consultants who may be coming into a new market, they give you time to learn your market and have some of the sectors most experienced consultants to guide you.
Commission is paid monthly up to 30%, with extra bonus for targets over the quarter. Incentives are fantastic with regular nights and days out to some of the best restaurants in town, race days and other team bonding experiences. They have annual holidays with this year looking like a trip to Ibiza, and also are very passionate around mental health and personal development. Each consultant receives extra funding for courses outside of work that can be completed in your own time. For example, they recently paid for one of their consultants to complete a football coaching qualification.
Culture is top of the list for these guys, you have to be a good fit for the team. Someone who is driven, competitive and personable, but also works well in a team will thrive here. They have extra bonus for splits, something they really do push and it has really helped them reach record months and years.
This business would be perfect for a consultant who has experience in the relevant markets but isn't currently seeing the progression or financial reward. It would also be perfect for someone who loves recruitment but isn't happy with their current market and is looking to earn some serious money.
