What does your factory smell like?
Stay with me…
If it doesn’t smell like chocolate, then maybe you’re in the wrong job. Imagine that smell every day.
As a Project Engineer you’ll be responsible for managing assigned projects from conception to completion with a view to improving the business profitability, health and safety and the environment. This will include production and process improvements within manufacturing, also new product development, automation and improvements to building services and civil works.
Additionally, you’ll have working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation and quality control processes, including HACCP within a manufacturing environment. You’ll also have the ability to control budgets, to forecast and to plan work.
A HND or degree in a technical/engineering discipline, AutoCAD experience and practical knowledge of delivering continuous improvement activities, are also all requirements to be considered for this position.
You will have to be able to dovetail seamlessly with your peers. Some people work better on their own, but you’ll be part of a bigger picture here so if your work ethic is 'me, myself and I’ this won’t be a good fit.
Although primarily based in Banbury, there will be frequent travel to our sites in the UK as well as a requirement for international travel.
You’ll get a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on skills and experience, plus a load of other perks including all the free chocolate you could want.
