Cogs London has an incredible opportunity for a Principal/ Managing Consultant.

We have exciting plans to expand our reach in digital transformation and change management and we’re looking for a talented individual to take on this project and grow a new desk in this fast evolving area.

As a Principal/Managing consultant, you will report directly to the Associate Director, and will collaborate with consultants who work across our specialist areas to place the top talent that is going to lead our clients through their digital transformation.

An invested interest and passion for digital change is necessary. Backgrounds could include either, a recruiting role either agency or in-house, B2B sales or a digital role in any areas (ideally for at least 2/3 years). Attitude is more important than experience, you’ll need a high tempo and work ethic, curiosity and intelligence, resilience and resourcefulness.
