You will be the sort of person who naturally forms quick relationships with both colleagues and clients alike. You know how to gain an understanding of their business and you will know how to create commercially applicable plans for them. It is important to truly showcase the commercial and brand plans for the customers.
It will be important that you stay up to date with new products as you are the eyes and the ears of your customers, and you will be able to report which products are having the biggest impact and be able to help pitch your sales around that. You will also help accurately report the sales data and use this information to improve and change the way you function.
Owning a relationship with a client is nothing new to you, and you currently thrive in a fast paced environment where consistently dealing with demanding customers and resolving problems and creating opportunities energises you. You will work closely with the marketing team as you showcase insights to help deliver on targets, and show why you are better than your rivals. The approach to working is genuinely hybrid, there will be times you are required in the office as meetings dictate, and there is an onsite meeting every Tuesday, other than that however you will work your diary around various meetings
Enough about the requirements though – what’s in it for you?
Answer: cash. You’ll be on £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience. 25 days holiday, plus the opportunity to buy more. The culture is celebrated, and they are known for being a great place to work.
