Core3 have been retained to help Miele recruit a unique Finance Business Partner based in Abingdon, Oxford. Hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in the office. £45,000-£55,000 plus amazing benefits.

How you’ll make an impact

As part of a newly created team, the Finance Business Partner will play a key role to drive value-add support across the business, partnering with non-finance functions to create true collaboration and understanding.

• Collaborate with, and support, your team and functional teams with analysis, understanding and decision support
• Coordinate functional business plans with your team for a rolled-up view
• Coordinating a functional overview of commercial investment ROI analysis
• Support functional area and consolidation of business wide risk and opportunity modelling
• Ensuring that the business and finance understand the key revenue and profitability drivers, and decision consequences
• To support the business with incorporating external information to drive and support decisions consistently
• Support in cross functional 5 year plan consolidation with the Head of Commercial
• Supporting in budgeting and forecasting activities as necessary
• Ensure decisions are made on sound financial and non-financial evidence, support the business to grow whilst enhancing value – be an enabler, have an opinion and be a voice of challenge where needed
• Future orientated reporting and functional support answering the “so what”
• Be the centre of excellence for business partnering in the business and Miele

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified
• Ability to interpret complex financial information, simply, to non-finance functions
• Strong analytical skills with good Excel knowledge
• Understanding of the wider business environment with commercial acumen
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the business
