As Creative Consultant you will take ownership and the lead when it comes to the Creative area. As part of this role, you'll be:
Maintaining and growing existing and prospect client base.
Growing a creative recruitment team.
Budget management; individual and team.
Establishing partnership relationships with client companies.
Acting as a trusted advisor to talent.
Filling roles to ensure that we're ahead of the competition.
Developing and maintaining business and personal sales targets.
Briefing candidates on their role responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
Is this you?
The role of Creative Consultant is a very busy and challenging one and where you will be blazing the trail. You bring proven experience in building and managing client relationships and developing a network of talent and clients. Essential to have is recruitment experience in advertising and marketing, on both permanent and freelance briefs would be a plus, with at 3 years creative as a specialism, and proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM. You are commercial and entrepreneurial by nature, and at a stage in your career where you are keen to grow your desk and in time build a team around you.
Salary: up to £40K DOE (OTE £80K)
The role is 100% remote, with tech set up at home, and an attractive commission scheme paying up to 40%, pension, membership to flexible working space in London, annual company away days and annual sales incentives. You will be required to attend a monthly team meeting held in the London office.
