About You

• You’ll work closely with the Lead Search and Selection Consultant to research, engage, identify, and qualify extremely sought-after candidates whom you will maintain a strong relationship with.
• You’ll use your unique market intelligence and a range of creative search methods to find active and passive candidates, and from this, you’ll create an exclusive pool of candidates who trust you.
• You’ll support the Lead Search and Selection Consulting in market mapping and talent mapping by conducting extensive research which will result in new global projects.
• Lastly, you’re a great problem solver who’s motivated by an intellectually stimulating recruitment environment and wants to help make a difference to the world!
