We are working exclusively with a fantastic company who are looking for Business Change Specialists to join their dedicated transformation team on a permanent basis.

We’re looking to speak with candidates that have experience in all stages of the change life cycle including;

• Change planning
• Implementation of change activities
• Preparation for project launch
• Provision of post go live support

Here’s what you need to be considered for the role;

• Proven background of business change consulting experience
• Experience working on tech enabled transformation programmes
• Experience working on ERP Implementation Projects/Programmes; SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics etc.
• Expertise in the development of change impact assessments, business process analysis, stakeholder analysis, engagement and on-going management
• An appetite for travel and an ability to work on nationwide/ global projects/ programmes
