Supervisor- LandscapeGreater London£45,000 We are currently seeking an Arboriculture and Landscape Supervisor to join our clients to be based in Greater London with a salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.
Duties- Managing the delivery of defined work stream/s in line with the Service Plan
- Ensuring suitable TM is available
- Auditing the quality of the works
- Make sure permitting is in place for all jobs and the starts and stops are monitored
- Planning then monitoring works ensuring cost accuracy and efficient delivery
- Ensuring plant and materials are available
- Working with the London Hub and Client Asset Teams to help build Task Order Programmes
- Responding in a timely manner to Performance Team audit response
- Working with manager to programme works delivery effectively
Experience Needed- Full UK Driving Licence required (HGV desired)
- ONC/ City & Guilds/NVQ in relevant discipline/NRSWA- accredited (Supervisor)
- Understanding of cost control and working to budgets
- In-depth knowledge of highway maintenance and other local authority services, focusing on Arboriculture, landscaping, and Horticulture
- Organisational and site management skills
- Understanding of construction methodologies and guidance
- Applied understanding of the TMA and awareness of safety, quality, environmental issues
