SupervisorCinderford£38,00040 hours We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our Highway Maintenance & Construction clients that will be based in Cinderford site supervising the projects.
Duties- Book road space, plan up and coming jobs.
- Supervising the run SOR/and or Defect gangs.
- Maximizing the workforce and keeping them motivated
- Looking after the various contracts and programs relating to them
- Monitoring health and safety and production on site
- Liaising with clients
- Completing to budget by allocating correct resources
- Ordering materials.
- To ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, associated codes of practice and Council policies.
- Managing a crew of operatives with daily interaction with the client as well as the crew
Experience needed.- CSCS
- SSSTS
- Knowledge of papyrus, CPA and Sap
- Driving licence
- MS Excel/Outlook skills
- Client / Customer facing experience.
