Site SupervisorDagenham£35k - £45 + Overtime We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor for our Highway Maintenance clients to be based in their Dagenham depot with a salary between £35,000 - £45,000.
Duties- Supervising and actively taking part in the production and testing of Asphalt in accordance with relevant company procedures.
- Health, safety, and environmental responsibilities
- Management and ordering of raw materials and record keeping.
- Leading static and mobile plant maintenance including critical spare management.
- Excellent time management/Supervisor skills – high level of flexibility.
- Visual inspections and record keeping of equipment, ensuring equipment is well maintained and calibrated as required.
- Driving product quality and product innovation whilst maximising production KPIs.
- Assisting the Depot Manager in driving strategic changes to progress the business initiatives.
Experience/Skills- Knowledge of process operations
- Planning and Organising
- Previous supervisory position within the industry
- Material product knowledge.
- Can communicate effectively and concisely using an array of different approaches.
