Carpenter Foreman/Site Supervisor East GrinsteadUp to £40,000 + Vehicle We are currently look for a Foreman/Site Supervisor to work with our New Build clients working on residential houses for individual clients within the South East with a salary up to £35,000 plus Vehicle and career progression.
Duties- On the tools first and second fix carpentry on bespoke timber frame houses.
- Onsite management of overall construction, coordinating multiple trades, site health and safety, flow of materials and programme progress.
- Responsible for all activity on multiple sites
- Health and safety
- Client Liaison
- Construction programme and meeting deadlines
- Coordinating Site inspections
Requirements/Experience:- First Aid training (desirable)
- SSSTS (desirable)
- Scaffold inspection training (desirable)
- Background in bespoke construction working with individual clients from first fix to completion
- Carpentry/Timber frame background/experience (essential)
- Keen eye for detail and high-quality finishes
- A track record for delivering similar projects
- Excellent organisational and team management skills
- Understanding of Building regulations
- Valid Driving license
Progression- Opportunity to progress to Site Manager.
