Construction Design Technician

£32,500 - £40,000 We are currently seeking an Expereinced Design Technician, with a background in New Build Developments.
This on behalf of our client based in East Grinstead, a busy local Developer.
As a Design Technician you will be responsible for the accurate, complete preparation of detailed Construction Drawings and Design proposals.
Responsibilities- Meeting Clients & Project Managers to go through design requirements and ideas as a Design Technician
- Produce technical drawing packages to be used with Planning & Building Regulation applications
- Support design proposals with the production of 3D Visuals
- Preparing detailed design proposals as a Design Technician
Requirements- Extensive Experience in AutoCAD
- Extensive Experience in Adobe Photoshop
- Back ground in construction / new build developments
- Full UK Driving Licence
