PAEast Grinstead£30,000 + Commission We are seeking a PA to join our construction development clients in East Grinstead, West Sussex, providing administrative service to the MD and Project Manager.
Key Duties- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Provide excellent customer care
- Excellent communication with other departments
- Flexible with working Saturdays
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings
- Assisting the MD/Project Manager with:
- Customer service Monitoring and following up all general sales enquiries
- Administrative and organisational duties
- Follow up planning/ building regulation application and liaising with the planning authorities and technical department
Experience in the following needed:
- Organised and administration experience
- Willingness to work out of office hours
- Experience in customer service with great communication skills
- Previous experience in the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable approaching customers
- Are an effective team player.
- Are flexible, pro-active, able to multi-task and prioritize, with the confidence and initiative to coordinate support for multiple senior managers promptly and efficiently.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail.
