As a people-oriented business, corporate social responsibility (CSR) forms an integral part of everything we do. Our dedicated CSR Committee maintains partnerships with local communities and our chosen charities so that we can continue raising much-needed funds through organised events and activities throughout the year.

Everyone at Xcede is given the opportunity to use one charity day towards Xcede organised events, time for blood donation, helping at our local food bank or supporting our local youth charity, Fitzrovia Youth in Action. In July 2019 twelve team members took part in a 26-mile hike for Macmillan Cancer Support. We also annually host a bake-off, a 100-mile challenge and a summer employability session.
