I joined Oho as a graduate in 2017 and got the opportunity to work with the owner of the business who has a very hands-on role in the company. I got a lot of training and support which allowed me to progress quickly. Within my first year I had started building my own desk and was billing with Clients I had brought on and now have a great relationship with. After a successful year I got the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the team and was coaching two of the graduates on my team. In my second year I got promoted to Senior Consultant, and I’m now looking forward to growing and developing the Python team!

Having worked as a Student President at Edinburgh University, I was looking for a role that would challenge me and give me the chance to continually progress into a leadership and managerial position. I started in an entry role and was lucky enough to move forward and take on responsibility within the company. I was promoted to Senior Consultant and a year later reached Managing Consultant where I led a team of 6-8. After a year in that role, I had hit my targets to become Sales Director and have a greater impact on growing the company. It’s been a fantastic journey and great to have been rewarded for my hard work and to shape the future and direction of Oho.

I joined the Oho Group as a grad in the beginning of 2018. What appealed to me was the opportunity for quick progression and the best commission scheme I had come across.
