We started life as a two man team, headed by our co-founders Tim Davey and Tim Cazemage. Their idea was simple; offer the best recruitment solution to the UK’s managed service and IT solutions provider space. To this, we needed to be built for growth.

From our choice of technologies at our consultant’s disposal to our recent office move, we’ve got a growth mindset to increase our resourcing capabilities and offer the best service to our candidates and clients.

This means our consultants get to work with the best technology on their terms, benefit from our co-founders’ years’ of experience and thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment.

InfraView was co-founded by Tim Cazemage and Tim Davey in 2016. Our directors come from an unrivalled background in cloud & IT infrastructure recruitment within the channel, giving them their competitive edge in the market.

They are now employing their insight and industry-leading knowledge to bring the InfraView Process to candidates and clients, as well as training our consultants with a hands-on, feedback-intensive approach. Our consultants benefit from tuition on all aspects of the recruitment process, as well as industry-level technical expertise and insights on finding top candidates and working with our expansive client roster.
