Individual performance is critical, but you are far from alone. We have a culture of support and atmosphere of fun that helps keep motivation and spirits high.
We are, quite literally, a rewarding company to work for.
An office to feel at home in
From sweepstakes to fun competitions, there’s always something going on.
Gamers can challenge each other on the PS4, SWITCH and arcade machine, there’s a 5-a-side football nearby and – if that sounds too much like hard work - Broadgate Circle offers bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs to wind down in.
A team to feel a part of
We often refer to ourselves as ‘The Franchise, simply because we get on well inside and outside the office – and everyone pulls together when times get tough.
Rewarding work
There’s no commission cap nor any qualifying criteria. You can start earning commission of 25% on anything over £17K from day one.
We run a 50/50 revenue model when you start. This helps you earn commission straight away.
Our established consultants all have live vacancies – and you can find candidates for these. You’ll receive 50% of the commission and quickly progress to develop and manage your own 100% commission customer base.
Every year we run a team trip target. The prize is a weekend away with all expenses paid. It’s a big, fat excuse to party in Ibiza, New York, Las Vegas – and everyone gets to go, regardless of how long they’ve been with us.
Our Christmas trip is not target related but a way to say thanks for all the hard work this year. Budapest and Amsterdam are destinations we’ve been to so far – with Norway and Iceland planned for the future.
The monthly lunch club target trip is open to all. It’s a Friday afternoon off work with an all-expenses paid meal at a salubrious London restaurant, such as The Ivy, Coq D’Argent, The Aviary, Hakkasan and other similar swanky joints.
That’s quite a few juicy rewards but there’s one more we think you’ll love: unlimited holiday.
Yes, you read that right: unlimited holiday. If there’ a special trip you’ve got planned, don’t let us stand in the way.
The trimming on the turkey is that you also get at least 10 days off over Christmas.
