For me, the best thing about working for Experis is the feeling you work for an SME on a local level, whilst knowing you’re connected to a hugesupport network. We get given the freedom and autonomy to build our own desk our way. We have such a strong portfolio of clients that we can use in conversations and we are continually looking at ways of doing things better. There’s nowhere, in my opinion, that offers what Experis does to support my personal development and earnings goals. I feel in control and that I have the power to take my career where I want to – plus, our commission structure is the best there is!

The best thing about working for Experis is the people. We all know a career in recruitment consists of many highs and lows. When it goes to plan, it is great and can be extremely rewarding. However, on occasions, there will be times when things don’t quite go to plan and it’s at these times that you need a strong team around you, with colleagues that you can have a laugh with, but who are also there to support you as and when required.
